Training case for basic lockout/tagout training.

Allows the simulation of the lockout procedure on real equipment arranged on the image of your machine or circuit.

A test switch with red or green lights allows to verify that the procedure is applied correctly. The training case includes:

– 1 Heavy Duty Pelican Protector case model 1730, size 34x24x12. 5;

– Upper part: 1 1/2 plywood board with picture of your mechanism, machine, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic circuit;

– Simulation of the power supply with a general power box and a switch box with red and green button;

– Up to 5 real parts to lock (electric, hydraulic, pneumatic or mechanical), depending on the dimensions;

– Lower part: 120VAC / 12 VDC power supply, 120VAC power cord;

– Test switch with green and red light;

– ETHAFOAM forms with 5 locking padlocks;

– Set of locking labels;
